I’ll explain this in more detail later on, but it is an important and valuable distinction.  However, we are different because we have spent hundreds of hours developing and honing or techniques and skills.  In fact, we still are.  A true professional never stops trying to better their craft.

I have to be honest.  We did not develop all of our skills and techniques on our own.  In fact, we have been trained by some of the most highly skilled and respected trial attorneys in this country.  Our training was not ordinary to say the least.  To date there are only about 1,100 specially selected attorneys in this small exclusive group.

This group is not one of those that you just pay a fee and get a certificate.  We had to pass a tough review by some of the most dedicated and experienced trial attorneys in America.  It was a real honor to us, because thousands of lawyers have been rejected by the panel.  Ask us more about this, and you will see that we are definitely not your ordinary Defense Lawyers in Spokane, or Washington for that matter.

Here’s an analogy that explains the difference:  If you were sick or injured you would go to your family doctor.  If that doctor thought you needed surgery, you would expect that this doctor would refer to a qualified surgeon.  If he said, “no I’ll do the surgery.”  How good would you feel about that?  You would want a surgeon.

You see a general practice doctor may diagnose well, but shouldn’t perform surgery.  On the other hand, a surgeon could diagnose and do the surgery.  You probably wouldn’t have a problem with that.

#2 Our Methods and Techniques Are Modern and Effective

Look we don’t use the same old tired techniques.  That’s not to say that we don’t use tried and true methods.  We do use them.

We focus on effective persuasion techniques that are matched to the particular phase of your case and also matched to many other factors that can affect the result.  Persuasion is an art and a science.  These techniques are not really taught in law school.  You have to continue to train yourself to become an effective advocate.  Don’t you expect your criminal lawyer to be good at communication and persuasion?

#3 We Will Treat You As A Human Being And Not Just Some Client

“To solve human problems you have to be human.” We are not here to judge.  We are here to help.  Good people make mistakes, and some people get accused when they haven’t done anything wrong.  Any criminal defense lawyer that feels the need to talk down to their client isn’t really in their client’s corner.  It’s important to realize that hiring a lawyer is really a partnership.  You must be able to work together.
